In this exciting role, you will be responsible for leading and distributing tasks related to surface treatment and sheet metal/steel work on marine vessels. You will coordinate a team consisting of both your own employees and subcontractors to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations. The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues in production and planning, providing a unique insight into the various parts of the business.

The position is located in Landskrona, where you will become part of an engaged and collaborative team with an accessible manager who values competence development and employee engagement.

You have a technical background and thrive in industrial environments. You are confident in your role as a team leader but are also driven by a desire to develop and take on new challenges. You are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Experience with surface treatment as well as sheet metal and steel work within marine, industrial, or workshop-related operations is an advantage.

The role requires you to undergo and be approved according to the current regulations for security clearance. For positions where the employer requires security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
